Welcome Johnny!

This is Johnny, our  language assistant this year. Welcome to IES Pablo Gargallo !

Hi! My name is Johnny and I am the English language assistant this year in IES Pablo Gargallo. I am from a small town in the northwest of Ireland called Sligo. I am in the third year of studying a degree in Spanish and Sociology and Politics at the National University of Ireland Galway. In September I will return to Ireland to do my final year.
I like Spain and I am enjoying living in Zaragoza. When I applied to be a teaching assistant, Zaragoza was my preferred destination and I am happy about my decision!

European Day of Languages

This year we have celebrated the European Day of Languages with an activity organized by the French teacher Ana and German teacher Noelia together with other language teachers and the participation of a group of students who have talked about the great importance of learning languages in our life, and they have done that in different languages such as Spanish, French, German, English, Euskera, Chinese, Latin, Romanian, Arabic, etc. It has been really interesting!

Viaje a Londres , 3º y 4º ESO

Se organiza en el centro un viaje cultural a Londres de cinco días de duración  para visitar esa espectacular ciudad, dirigido a los alumnos de 3º y 4º de ESO. Este año estuvieron del 15 al 19 de junio y estamos seguros de que la experiencia fue muy emocionante. Muchas gracias a los profesores acompañantes Alfredo y Luis.

English Week, último día

Nuestro viaje ha llegado a su fin ! Nos da mucha pena irnos pero nos llevamos un grato recuerdo de esta experiencia inolvidable en la que nos hemos divertido mucho, hemos hecho nuevos amigos y además hemos practicado inglés!! Esta última mañana hemos jugado con nuestros monitores y nos han dado un diploma de recuerdo de nuestro paso por Santa Susana.¡Ha sido muy emocionante!
